3. Bookings and payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices, deposits, and payment schedules will be stated in your itinerary or booking confirmation. Full payment may be required before travel tickets, visas, or hotel vouchers are issued.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change fees depend on supplier rules (airlines, hotels, and tour operators). Kyndora Ventures is not responsible for penalties charged by third parties. Please notify us in writing as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.

5. Travel documents and visas

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, and any other documents required for your destination. We may provide guidance, but entry decisions rest with immigration authorities.

6. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Kyndora Ventures is not liable for losses that would normally be covered by insurance.

7. Limitation of liability

We arrange services supplied by independent carriers and providers. While we select partners with care, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, or losses caused by third parties, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control.
